Established in 1962, Calama started its journey in Bombay with its first pump manufacturing plant in technical collaboration with Pleuger Underwessen Pumpen, a leading German company. This partnership marked the beginning of a legacy of expertise and innovation in the pump industry. As the company grew, a second production plant was established in Ahmedabad, India, solidifying Calama's position as a trusted name in the market.

With over 60 years of experience, Calama Pumps has evolved into a privately held company renowned for its professional approach and a team of experienced professionals.
